The number of women working in oncology has steadily increased over the past few years. Studies have shown that women in medicine work more independently and less in a collaborative manner than their male counterparts.

As collaboration and mentorship are invaluable to medicine, WinC was conceived as a way for these dedicated women to connect and collaborate with one another.

Our Goals are to:

• provide a networking forum for women clinicians who treat cancer patients.
• provide resources for development of leadership skills for female oncologists.
• provide a forum for research collaboration and career mentorship amongst clinicians.

Membership is entirely free.

Membership is restricted to medical, radiation, surgical oncologists and trainees.
